Healthcare Expert, Servant Leadership Coach, and Certified Speaker – The engaging Carolyn M Rubin has played many roles in her 3 decade long career. But the one thing common to all has been ‘service’. Carolyn is defined by her Life of Service and clients she has helped all over the world.
Beginning her professional life with a technical degree, she
had an inside view of the medical fraternity in her 32 years as a pharmacy technician, medical assistant, revenue cycle expert, coding educator, medical assistant instructor and operations.

Her mentor and friend John Maxwell once told her – ‘The bottom line in leadership isn’t how far we advance ourselves but how far we advance others’. As a Servant Leader herself, Carolyn believes in motivating, empowering and encouraging others to achieve success.
